On another note...
Tomorrow I am starting my new workout routine.
7 am wake-up time.  And in case you don't know me, that is really early, 
really early for me.

I am going to alternate walking 3 miles one day, 
then doing my C25K training for 45 minutes the next day.
6 days a week, Sundays off.
